Back in a few weeks. Fractured finger making embroidery difficult. :(

Needle and the damage done. Updated sorta' weekly when time allows.
Daria and Jane completed while watching, let’s see, well, “Daria”, probably part of “Trollhunter” and, I think, some “Arrested Development”.
I love Belle even when she’s a hipster, particularly when I know her inner monologue.
Completed while jet lagged, with a Welsh cold while watching “Trollhunter”.
So Velma’s not literary. So what? I still love this lady.
Promise that next week I’ll remember when I finished things and what I was watching when I did. Ugh. So busy.
Oh yay! Matilda!
Again, no idea what was on the tv or when this was completed. Seriously, if you were as busy as I was right now, you’d probably cry. (I’ve though about doing it!)
Here’s another literary lady that I love, Harriet the Spy.
Sorry, but I can’t remember what it was that I was watching (probably something dry and British) or when this was finished because I have been beyond slammed lately.
Sorry for the long absence but I think I’m back with a small bang. I’ll be working on a series of embroideries based on my favorite illustrated and animated female characters.
I’ll start with Pippi Longstocking. This piece was finished on August 28, 2011 while watching “Werewolf of London”, part of “Blitz” and a few hours of “Borderlands”.
